1. Overview
SMM.BZ offers refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below. Our goal is to ensure every customer is treated fairly and transparently.
2. Eligible for Refund
- Order not started — if a service has not begun processing within 72 hours of placement, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Duplicate order — if you accidentally placed the same order twice, the duplicate will be refunded in full.
- Incorrect service — if we delivered a different service than the one ordered, you will receive a full refund or re-delivery.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Orders that are in progress or completed.
- Drops after delivery (use the refill guarantee instead).
- Orders where the link was changed or deleted after placement.
- Balance top-ups after funds have been spent on orders.
4. How to Request
Submit a ticket from your dashboard within 14 days of the order date. Include your order ID and a brief description. Our team responds within 24 hours.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to your SMM.BZ balance by default. Original payment method refunds are available on request and may take 5–10 business days.
